Reports to: SBU Head - Mutual Fund

Principle

Accountabilities

• Construct and evaluate new schemes
• Evaluate viability and regulatory framework
• Evaluate distributor's brokerage slabs
• Select equity and debt stock
• Take decisions on buy/sell/hold/invest
• Monitor, analyse and report the product’s performances and risk profile
• Conduct equity and debt research
• Keep abreast of key market information and trends
• Provide support to Marketing team in launch of NFOs
• Provide advice and clarify queries of potential investors
• Resolve the Sales team query's regarding fund performance, product performance, and investment style & market outlook.
• Ensure the portfolio’s compliance with all internal and external regulations

Incumbent Profile

Education:  MBA (Marketing) Experience:  12 to 15 Years

·         Accounting Standards

·         Accounting Policies

·         Valuation skills

·         Fund accounting

·         Understanding of Indian stock market

·         Understanding of instruments such as equities, debt, derivatives

Overall responsibility for:

• Business Target for the Area Assigned.
• Expanding Channel Network in the Area.
• Recruiting and Retaining Channel Partners.
• Maintaining Customer Service standards.
• Conduct of Business Meet and Networking with potential investors/channel partners.

Incumbent Profile

Education:    Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience:  Minimum 1-2 year

Age :            24 years and above            

Must have

Experience of having worked in set ups that dealt with Financial Products with Mutual Fund as one of the product suit

Sound Conceptual understanding of Mutual Fund Products

Leadership and Team building abilities
